This summer, I was asked by the makers of a brand new TV series called The Secrets In My Family if they could film my journey in potentially finding my biological father / family.
I’m a mixed race man who was adopted as a baby by an all white, very loving family in the mid 1960′s in South East London.
Believe me, there is a massive story just in this !

As a young boy, I was told my biological father was Jamaican, any other information including his name has remained a complete mystery to me all my life, and I kept any thoughts of beginning a search to find him very much at bay…. until this year.
Therefore, the whole Caribbean side of who I truly am has remained a question mark in my life, and until this time, I have never felt ready to open that particular door.

My episode in this brand new series revealed many surprises, and also released many emotions which had been locked away for much of my life. It was, and continues to be, a deep journey of discovery, amazement, revelations and healing.
